I am setting up a multiplex (triplex) real time qPCR experiment. I am unsure whether I should just stick with the master mix I already have (Brilliant III Ultra-Fast QPCR Master Mix), or go ahead and order the Brilliant Multiplex QPCR Master Mix.
The first mix says that it can be utilized successfully for duplex reactions, whereas the second mix is supposed to be useful for up to quadriplex reactions.
Since I want to run a triplex reaction, I would appreciate advice on whether or not it is worth ordering the Multiplex mix.
