Assuming a normal distribution, what is the minimum amount of datapoints needed to identify an outlier using Grubbs' test for outliers?

I have three datapoints myself, of which one is identified as an outlier by Grubbs' test, however I'm not sure about the power of this test considering the few datapoints I have.

Thanks
