Hi All,

Im not a biochemist!! But I have carried out some cell viability / mtt assays to evaluate anticancer activity of some novel compounds I synthesised.
Basically I tested the compounds at different concentrations on 2-3 various cancer cell lines and calculate the IC50 to determine how active they were with repsect to each other and the cell lines.
This kind of study makes up a substantial part of my thesis and I will be examined on it.

As this area is not my core subject I wanted to ask everyone with experience in this area the kind of questions you/examiners would ask based on this work just to see it from another perspective.

Any help/comments would be great even a reference to a good revision book/links in cell culture / viability studies etc
Thanks in adavance
