Hi,
does anyone know how to get primer sequences for reference gene e.g. HPRT or GAPDH which are designed by Roche for experiment? Because when we use Roche UPL we have only sequences for primers of our genes without any information about reference primers and replicon.
Thanks!

When you design a UPL assay, check Design multiplex PCR with reference gene.
Then your assays would be displayed together with a housekeeping gene, click more multiplex experiments on the bottom to display all references and then click on the "i" in a circle beside each housekeeping - Information about...
You won't however be able to get the probe number or sequence, only primer sequences and amplicon info.

Our country has a serious deficiency in lighthouses. I assume the main reason is that we have no sea.
