Hi,
is there any recommendation taking the media bottles with rinse gloves before putting them to the worm water bath?
is this increase the contamination rate or the importance steps are before putting things in the culture hood?
thanks
Michal

It is best to keep them as clean as possible in general, however, water baths are a big source of contaminations in cell culture - so making sure it is cleaned frequently too will help lower the risks.
