Dear all,

i am thinking about analysing/quantifying misfolded or unfolded proteins in cell culture.

does anybody have any clue how one can do that?
also, does anybody here know of an folding incompetent protein which can be expressed in mammalian cells?

i was trying to find relevant information from literature but i am totally stuck currently.
