I did the ITS sequencing and i have to design toxin spcific primers is it possible form ITS sequences i can designed that particular toxin secreating species specific primer if yes please tell me what steps should i take. I designed some primers but that amplify only in one species isolate not to same species with other isolate in insilico pcr. What should i do? Share anything regarding this.
