Dear colleagues,
Anybody know any kit for purifying RNA from the cytoplasm and the nucleus from animal tissue?
I found a kit from Fisher but they did not guarantee that the nuclear fraction will be free of cytoplasmic RNA contamination.
Please, if anyone knows a kit or recommend someway. i will be really thankful.

For RNA isolation from both compartments, there is always the concern of mutual contamination. We had the same problem with a kit from Ambion.
