Hi all,

I am planning to express ABC transporter genes in yeast. I am wondering if any transporter-defect yeast strains available. All suggestions/advices are appreciated.

Just to clarify, are you talking about S. cerevisiae? If yes, you can buy the strains you want from a company such as Open Biosystems.
Or you can knock genes out yourself, which is fairly simple and a lot cheaper
