Dear Sir/Madam: I am using RAPD to analyze the polyphorism of one species of protozoan. The amplified DNA electrophores in Agar-gel and TBE buffer.Somtimes I find the DNA bands are quite different even between the sample collected in the same site. So I wonder that RAPD can really detect the polyphorism.Or otherwise there is something wrong with my labwork. Can you give me some advice on my labwork?
