How to blast methylation specific and unspecific primers

Dear all, need you kind assitance to help me on how can I blast the methylation specific and unspecific primers to see which position it binds to the DNA.

To be able to do that, you need a bisulfite modified genome as the reference sequence. It seems BiSearch provides such function.
