Hi,
I am new to RNA analysis. and going to perform RNA isolation from facs sorted mouse spleenocytes subsets(0.1 x10^6 to 1x10^6 cell)using RNeasy mini kit. can anyone pls advice me what is the expected total RNA (etc per 10^6 cell) yield and how to improve the yield?
