Hi all,
I am currently looking for some antibodies for cell senescence.
I did some literature search, and thinking to test either SMP30, p21, MRF4 or p16INK4a antibody.
but when I look the abs companies, not sure which is better than the other.
and I know it is normally hard to find "good" antibody until you tested by yourself.
So, I am asking anyone have any experience in these antibodies????
if you have any antibodies that you can recommend, or not recommend, please let me know.
I already asked few of the labs in our institution, but no one study senescence here, so I have no choice but purchasing.
Also, I realized many of the senescence antibody is anti-human, but I am looking for Anti-mouse antibody for mouse tissue (frozen tissue), either IFC or IHC.
any suggestion helps
BTW, I know the SA-beta gal activity, and I cannot do this to my tissue due to some other reason.
Thanks in advance
