Hi,
Have you ever done Taq-man Low Density Array Cards (TLDA)for miRNA. I don't know whether the fractionation of small RNAs is necessary. (for cDNA synthesis step) I am afraid of losing some low abundant miRNAs in case of using total RNA for cDNA synthesis.

Dear all interested scientists!
I asked from a group who already published a paper with this technique; and they wrote me back that you have to use Total RNA not fractoned small RNA.
