Could u plz help me out to prepare EHA101 competent cells. I wonder what antibiotics should I add in the LB plate for strain EHA101?

Isnt EHA101 kanamycine resistant?
Anyway: if you have some antibiotics, why not just test it? Plate some out and see if they grow?
Does it still contain pIG121-Hm if so, Hygromycin B can be used if I remember correctly.
