Who can tell me the protocol of how to culture the HEK293 in detail? Thanks!

I just got some HEK293's from CloneTech for use as packaging cell line.I'm culturing them in DMEM(hi glucose), 10%FBS, pen/strep and plated themon Biocoat Collagen 1 plates. They seem to be growing fine.After 2 months, they recommend re-selecting the cells in zeocin and puromycin for couple weeks.
