hi everyone
i am working with HIV coinfection and want to check the effect of coinfection on HIV entry and other steps .
can anyone tell me how can i compare the viral entry in both hiv and HIv coinfection condition.
i cant use much sophisticated techniques like real time as we dont have it.
i need to do it urgently

I know a guy who is doing in this field of study, exactly HIV-TB... can I know where is your location and institution?
