I just construct 3x HA tag at the N-terminal of my target gene (1.2Kb). The sequence is correst. Then I transfect it into hela cell to detect its expression with WB using anti-HA antibody. However, I can't get any band. The antibody or plamisd has been demonstrated to work with other protein before. I can't figure out the problem now.
Any suggestion is appreciated!
