Hi,
how to check my primers from Roche UPL by using BLAST?
e.g. for XYLT1 gene, Roche UPL designed for me these primers: L GTTGCGCCTCTGACCTCCT and R CAGCTTCAGTGCCTCCTCA with amplicon 60bp,I wrote this sequences to BLASTN but Im not sure hot to interpret results.
Cheers
Ps.
primers are for cDNA

Use primerBLAST on the NCBI BLAST page. If you get matches of more than about 10 bp for the organism you are working with, then the primers may show some non-specific binding, but they will probably still work with a little optimization of the PCR
