I have this 500bp PCR product that I need to purify from gel, but I don't want to use column.

I cut the gel which is 2% Normal Agarose Gel, melt the Gel with buffer QG (from Qiagen Gel Extraction Kit) which contains Guanidium Thiochloride

Phenol Chlroform the rest.

Is this possible?
