Hello everybody,

I just want to ask if there is a website to know the specific expression of a certain protein in tissues and in other cell lines. I am working on a mouse cell line and I am really confused whether the protein i am working on is highly expressed. i tried to probe with antibody and did rt-pcr. I would like to search for other cell lines or tissues that highly express it as my positive control. are database available for that? thank you.
