Hi all,

We are starting a new method in our lab trying to extract oocytes from rats and check RNA expression.
It has been rather hard to find protocols to help me understand how this is done I would greatly appreciate your help.

Hi,

Have you found the best protocol fro RNA extraction from oocytes? l also have problem extraction with mouse embryos. i have tried using Trizol, the concentration is high but the quality is low.
