Hello every one,
first question :
i have mixed a biopolymer with glutaraldhyde for cross linking formation,
if i do sonication for this mix, the glutaraldhyde cross linking will be broken?
second question:
and if i want to remove the glutaraldhye  cross linking, how can i remove it?does ammonia solution work with it?
