I'm a student starting new work with cells I don't know...I need to know volume and density of KB 3-1 and KB 8-5.It would be great if someone could help me.

I want to know what are KB cells and p53 status in them.I can not help you with your question but I will really appreciate if you could give me the details of KB cells

KB 3-1 don't express P-gp very well and are sensitive to colchicineKB 8-5 are resistant to colchicine 5µg/ml and I was told that this resistance is due to higher expression of P-gp on their membrane(compared with KB 3-1) Do you know these cells? Thank you for your help
