how to purify small fragment of DNA?

I need to purify 20mer from a mixture containing 200mer and 20mer.
How to purify this small fragment?

Hi,

I suggest you purify it using gel separation. You can use NuSieve GTG agarose (FMC Bioproducts). It is for separating fragments that are under 1 kb in length. You then cut out the band, and the agarose can be digested with beta-agarase.

this is Ganesh Behere  doing  PhD in Genetics, I am trying to Isolate the  genomic DNA from the clone saver cards with FTA the DNA spotted on the cards is nly one month old .I would  really appreciate if some one asssit me in these matter.
