Dear forum members,
Is it possible to fix single amino acids (or glycosylated amino acids) to ELISA plates in the way proteins are fixed? If it is possible to fix amino acids but using a different fixation protocol, could anyone send it to me?
Thank you very much in advance.
Cheers!

Most elisas use passive adsorption of abs and blocking with BSA etc...
