I am working with undifferentiated THP-1 cells. My main aim is to see how different reagents affect its growth rate. I am currently using a haemocytometer to count the cells. I would like to know if it is suitable to use fluorescence activated cell sorting or a coulter counter or an MTT assay to count them as well and which one would be the most efficient method. Thanks for any comments
