Hi,
I am performing an acyl biotin exchange with Biotin-BMCC (Pierce). I use avidin-beads from Pierce to isolate the biotinylated proteins. To get the proteins to come off of the beads, I add Non reducing buffer and boil for 7 minutes before performing Western blot. My protein of interest is only detected in non-reducing dye (Western blotting) hence I cannot use reducing dye. Is there as way around this?

you could use a different primary antibody (one that will recognize the reduced protein).
