How is bisulfite converted DNA unstable over time?

I am curious...Over-time how and wow is bisulfite converted DNA less stable?

It should be stable for at least 6 months if properly stored at -20C.

Yes and thanks, but how does it become unstable? Do the uracils start to degrade?
