Is it possible to blunt only either the 5' or 3' end of a DNA fragment or do all blunting enzymes blunt indescriminately?

I contacted NEB and they said exoT with cut 3' overhangs and RecJf will cut 5' overhangs.

In any case, neither are necessary if I cut with one enzyme and blunt that end before denaturing and cutting with the enzyme whose sticky ends I want to keep!
