I have isolated a specific protein using an antibody affinity chromatography technique. Now I have to determine how much protein I have. I know from other studies that this protein is present in concentrations of picograms per ml. Is there an assay available that can detect amounts that low? I was thinking of using a double antibody sanwich ELISA. Will this work? Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Please respond here or e-mail me directly.
Thank You!!
