PCR of microRNA first strand cDNA

Hi,
If I have first strand cDNA synthesized for microRNA, and run it through PCR- is it possible to get double stranded cDNA if I put both the reverse and forward primers for the two strands?

why cannot you get double stranded cDNA??
is there any possible you cannot get that?

maybe i just don't figure it out
