Fraid not,
Looking for the microRNA-target prediction tool. It's downloadable, but has to be compiled. Would anybody have a compiled version of RNA22 by any chance?

I did and I also contacted the author of the paper in which RNA22 is described. I got no answer from either, however in the meantime it has been brought back online. (dunno if my emails had anything to do with it, but happy it's back either way)

The following link recently went public and contains RNA22 predictions for protein coding genes for multiple species, http://cm.jefferson.edu/rna22v1.0/ . It lets you download the predictions in raw format, or visualize them dynamically at the cDNA level. In addition, you can search by miR(s) and get a list of transcripts.
