Hi frnds,
I encountetrd a problem while screening 6-7 day old seedling root tips for presence or absence og GFP in confocal and had taken normal tips as control. I got a high level of green signal (or autofluorescence or ??????) in controls also. so I ended pretty inconclusively. Why did this happen and how to sort this out?
