I am using 50 ng/ml of IFNg for an experiment but I need to convert this concentration in international unit (IU)?
Does anyone know how do it?

On the vial of IFN there should be the weight of IFN in the vial and the specific activity of that particular batch ....in international units/mg of IFN.
