Hey Folks,
I've had pmcs stored at minus 80celsius instead in the nitrogene. It's been about 2 weeks now, we simply forgot. How long do pbmcs stay alive at -80?
Would be glad if someone could give me some intormation,

Well...if you prepared them for culture, they might be OK. Put them in a flask and see.

They are stored in FCS+10%DMSO...
