DNA quantification of BAC clones

I am new to working with BAC clones. Would anyone have suggestions as to a good technique for quantifying DNA?

We use the Qubit fluorometer from Invitrogen. Easy to use and has so far been quite reliable. Donīt use the Nanodrop.
