Hi guys.

I have transfected some immortalised synoviocytes with GFP to assess transfecton efficiency.
However, when visualised, there appears to be fluorescent, granular vesicles intracellularly.
the samples were visualised 24 hours post transfection.

Could these be protein synthesis compartments?? Anyone every seen this.
