hello!
is anyone of you experienced with blocking the membrane with gelatine? i have no idea with concentration of gelatine i need nor weather there is a detergent needed...
i would be very thankful for any answer!!!

IT should work fine, you want a concentration which is low enough that the gelatine doesn't set while on the membrane - so I would go with less than 1%. I would dilute it in the same buffer you use for other blocking solutions.
