how to store mitochodrial for 1 hour at 37℃
I have isolated the mitochondrial from rat liver by sigma kit,then dye them with TMRM.I find the mitochodrials are all at a high level of activity.But when the mitochondrial is transfered to room tempreture for 1 hour,they can't maintain their activity.
how to storage mitochondrial at 37℃ for 1 hour,and maintain their normal state.
Im sure someone here is more expert than I am
