When are you adding your thymidine?We had the same problem with stimulation experiments. If you add the thymidine from the beginning you dont get any labeling.

Hi everyone:
I been trying to label exponetial L1210 cell, which is a mouse leukemic cell line, with H3-thymidine, but I just do not get any incorporation. Does anyone have a clue on what could possible is the problem? Thank you very much in advance.
