Hi!
i am a novice in cell culture and recently started maintaining a neuron-blastoma fused cell line adherant culture. Few days back the cells were pretty confluent, and as i could not judge the time to change the media, many cells in the flask came off before i took the notice to change the medium.
though i have given the media change then, i was wondering if the remaining cells are healthy to further split or use for the experiment, as the sustaining cells too would have undergone the stress in the absence of the nutrients.
Answers, anybody?
