I am trying to make protocol to do Tunel and IFC in frozen tissue section.

I have promega kit #G3250, which works well as it is, but never combined with IFC.

I know I might be able to do IFC with caspase or something, but I am just wondering there is anyway that I can combine these two.

possibly using the kit that we have.... you know the money is tight
