Hi.

Tomorrow I will try the fluorescein diacetate (FDA) assay for cell viability. I was reading a protocol and they say that I should prepare the FDA stock solution fresh, in acetone. Is the "fresh" necessary? Because then I will need to weight a very small amount of FDA.

Does anyone have experience in this technique? Do you store the FDA stock solution?
