Ginkgo BioWorks is looking to hire the architect of our engineered
organism testing pipeline.  You can learn more about the position at
the link below.  Candidates probably hold a PhD or equivalent in a
discipline related to organism engineering and should be ready to
start soon.

Hmn...I assessed myself based on those criteria mentioned:

Next-generation sequencing..................not done before
batch and continuous culture................know a little
artificial selections.......................done antibiotics screening and sensitivity testing
biological sensors..........................antibody testing, and I'm going to do SPR, probably....
metabolomics................................no experience in NMR, GC-MS
fluorescent screens.........................GFP-assay, I wish I did it before...

5 Other skills probably might be needed
Gene-Knockdown/gene knockout................no experience
Meta-genomic analysis.......................I wish I learned bioperl...
Directed mutagenesis........................I wish to learn
Protein expressions/protein assay...........I wish to learn
Programming language........................I wish to learn

If it's not in SBS format, your default assumption is that they designed it wrong.
---not really?
You know how many cells you can test per day with a selection relative to high-throughput screening.
---probably?
You fully believe that, together, we could design a selection for an 8-bit counter.
---Programming...wish I learned it before...
You believe that an 8-bit counter probably isn't very useful right now.
---yes..?
You think that knowing the genome sequence, RNA profile, proteome, and metabolome for every organism engineered at Ginkgo is a reasonable request.
---Definitely Yes!

Now I know where my knowledge stand... I'm not fit for the industry, yet...  :(
There are still many things I must have learn.... where the hack I can learn all this?
Expecting the world to treat you fairly because you are a good person is like expecting the lion not to attack you because you are a vegetarian.

..."best of our knowledge, as far as we know this had never been reported before, though I can't possible read all the published journals on earth, but by perform thorough search in google, the keywords did not match any documents"...
