hi
i made a egfp fusion construct which is supposed to be expressed in mouse testis. i would like to visualize egfp in cryosections of testis and if necessary i also need to detect RNA expression in testis.

My question is:
1. do i need to fix the tissue in paraformaldehyde
2. any good protocol for such an experiment

thanks

best regards

You should either fix the tissue or freeze it and do cryosections.  Either should work fine using standard proceedures, which you can find just about anywhere.
