Hello evrybody
I want to amplify IgG1,2,3,4 from PBMC. I try to amplify this subclasses with one pair primer but when i clonning PCR product to TA-vector and sequencing, all of them were IgG1. I want to design specific primer (for IgG1,2,3,4) to check positive clone befor sequencing. Is it right? and are there any other way that i clone this 4 subclasses?
