Hello all,

I'm looking for some recommendations on some software to analyze ELISA data (generate standard curve and convert OD's into concentrations). I want to be able to cut and paste a plate output of OD's from excel right into the software. I tried the MasterPlex and it won't accomodate the plate layout I use. Any recommendations people have would be appreciated.

Best,
Aaron

You can download an Excel template which handles linear regression on standards from here. Just paste in your samples, copy your standard to the calculator on the first tab and it will work out the values for you.

I use http://www.myassays....meter-fit.assay - it's free.

There are also pre-configured pages for popular ELISA kits and there is an Add-in for Excel at http://www.myassays....cel-add-in.html
