Dear all,

I am trying to improve the number of hybridomas I get after a fusion of lymphocytes and myeloma cells. I´ve just read an old paper (Journal of Immunological Methods, 11(1988), 55-59) where a preincubation of these cells in the presence of only 0.25% PEG 4000 is done before the normal PEG incubation. My question is if anyone has tried something like that or if there is any better idea.
Thank you all in advance.
