I am now currently working on detection of mRNA level on Mycobacterium Smegmatis, are there any good choice for the housekeeping gene??? I cant search for a good one. Thank you.

Hi, maybe its helpful. in this paper they used elongation factor Tu and they used it for mycoplasma detection but it could be that it also works as reference gene.
